Early Brush Strokes: My Artistic Beginnings
From early on, it was clear I had an inclination towards art. My childhood is a collage of memories filled with hours in art classes and endless days exploring creativity. Ever since I could grip a crayon, creativity has been my constant companion.
Then came a detour—a detour named Accounting. I considered applying to SCAD with visions of brush strokes but switched gears for the ‘practical’ world of debits and credits. What a plot twist! Swapping sketch pads for spreadsheets? It was like trading my palette for a prison. The corporate jungle with its number-crunching vines and conformity trees was a straitjacket to my soul.
I met the realization head-on that in the realm of balance sheets, my spirit was colorless. So, I kicked the corporate shackles and sprinted back to my colorful world, trading the monotony of gray cubicles for the freedom of canvases.
Now, I've reemerged in my creative world, rediscovering boundless creativity and authentic self-expression.
